Blas na hEireann – The Irish Food Awards Logos, Certificates and Label Usage Regulations To avoid the misrepresentation and to maintain the integrity of the Blas na hEireann, The Irish Food Awards, the following regulations terms and conditions must apply.
The contract below negates, replaces and rescinds all previous contracts in relation to the usage of logos, certificates and labels.
1. The Blas na hÉireann logos, certificates and labels should never be displayed in any form whatsoever either as labels or on any published, printed, social media or online publications or promotions without stating the grade and year of the award ie.(Gold 2026 ,Silver 2026, Bronze 2026 or any individual key award information)
2. All Blas na hÉireann logos, certificates and labels are for the use of the producer. In the case of products produced for own brand labels retail or wholesale the own brand packaging must recognise the producer and include producer detail on the packaging that clearly relates to the producers company/business name. Retail and wholesale own brand packaging must be submitted to Blas na hEireann for approval prior to use in the public domain.
3. Any producer printing Blas na hÉireann logos, certificates and labels on their packaging must contact Blas na hEireann for licensing agreement and provide proofs prior to printing. Blas na hÉireann reserves the right to refuse permission to use logos, certificates or labels if Blas na hÉireann believes it is not in accordance with the Blas na hÉireann regulations, terms and conditions.
4. Awards labels /stickers (Gold, Silver, Bronze & Finalist) for use on packaging may only be supplied by Blas na hÉireann
5. When a Blas na hÉireann logo, certificate or label is used in or on promotional material for all and any media or promotional events a proof must be agreed with Blas na hÉireann prior to the promotion/advertising being used in the public domain
