Chef Jean Marie Vaireau looks ‘Out of the Blue’ as he checks his customers at the Blas na h-Eireann /Irish Food Awards during the Dingle Food Festival at the weekend.
The awards attracted 2,500 food entries from all over Ireland from small artisan producers to multi million euro international producers.
