In the final episode in the series, host Fallon Moore chats to Juliya Kozminova from the family run Noble Icecream which won #Blas2025 Best Start Up and Best in Roscommon. Originally from Ukraine, Juliya and her family moved to Ireland in 2022 and set up their ice-cream business here in 2024.
