Blas na hEireann Showcase in partnership with Compass Ireland
From the 10th – 12th of November at Killruddery the Blas na hEireann team will be working in partnership with Compass Ireland to create a showcase of the best of the best of Irish food & drinks
In the past two years while the celebrations have been online the Blas team have continued to work to celebrate the very best of Irish food & drink and showcase this to the industry. The showcase will be the first in person event to be back on the scene and will create a shop floor style display with just the 2021 finalists on the shelves.
Essentially the very best of Irish under one roof.
2021 was a record year for entries with many new producers reaching the finalist stage who will be part of this showcase.
Buyers are invited to come along and view the showcase but places are limited and must be registered in advance.

Important info: The venue is the wonderful Milking Parlour at Killruddery, it is located just a few minutes from the N11. The Blas team will be working to make this a comfortable and safe space for all and within the health guidelines. One thing to note is that the venue is a large, spacious venue with open archways onto the courtyard for extra ventilation so we would encourage guests to dress warmly.
